There is no contact form on Animal Public Record, and pieces don’t take comments. The site lists no public email address, and there is no other contact route.

How the record gets amended

Dale Whitmore keeps reviewing what we’ve published and amends errors when they turn up, from a misread budget figure to an outdated refund term. The amended article states what was altered and the date the change went in.

Questions we can’t answer for you

Questions about a specific charge or order belong with the company that billed you. Questions about an animal’s health belong with a veterinarian.
